The Isokan Excellence Bursary Scheme (IEBS) is the flagship initiative of the Idílé Majẹ́mú Foundation. The bursary covers tuition (and on-campus accommodation, where applicable) costs for high-performing students who demonstrate academic excellence and a commitment to service. Through this initiative, the Foundation empowers young scholars to complete their studies successfully, realise their potential, and contribute meaningfully to society and the faith community.
At the heart of the Foundation’s mission is a deep commitment to faith and service. The Community Outreach & Faith-Based Engagement Programme brings together volunteers, alumni, and partners to deliver initiatives that uplift communities and promote compassion, unity, and hope. Activities include school outreach, donation drives, and collaborative faith events designed to support vulnerable groups and inspire social responsibility. Through these efforts, the Foundation lives out its belief that true excellence is inseparable from service to others.
The Leadership and Life Skills Workshops equip young people with the essential tools to lead, serve, and succeed in all areas of life. Facilitated by professionals, academics, and faith leaders, the sessions focus on self-leadership, teamwork, communication, emotional intelligence, and civic responsibility. Rooted in the Foundation’s belief that leadership is service, the workshops prepare participants to make responsible decisions, manage real-world challenges, and contribute positively to their communities.
The Mentorship & Career Development Programme helps students and recent graduates transition confidently from university to professional life. It pairs participants with mentors who provide career guidance, academic advice, and personal development support. Through structured mentorship, workshops, and networking events, Fellows gain insight into industry trends, refine employability skills, and build the confidence to pursue purposeful careers. The programme also promotes a culture of giving back, where today’s mentees become tomorrow’s mentors.
